NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Western Suburbs District Rugby League Football Club Limited ABN 86 737 410 058 will be held in the Wests Ashfield Leagues Club premises, 115 Liverpool Road, Ashfield NSW 2131 at 10:00am on Saturday 28th March 2015.

Business:

A. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for 2014

B. To receive the financial report, Chairman's report, General Managers report and auditors report for the financial year ending 31 October 2014.

C. Nominations are called for the election of a Director, WSDRLFC Limited for a period of three years.

D. Any other general business which may be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting.
