Wests Magpies Archives open day

Attention all Western Suburbs Magpies supporters

Do you like the rich history of the Western Suburbs Magpies?
Do you like looking at wonderful old pieces of Magpies memorabillia?
Would you like to see this wonderful memorabilia and rich history of the Magpies?
Well now you can.

The Wests Archives are looking at having an open day next month. For a gold coin donation, volunteers from the archives will provide a guided tour (in groups of no more then 10 at a time) of their "mini museum" showing all things Western Suburbs.

The Archives is an important part of not only our history but also of the game of rugby league itself.

They have provided pieces for many rugby league exhibitions over the years and not just Magpie related. The Wests Archives is a one of a kind in the field of preserving rugby league treasures.

Your gold coin donation will help the Archives in preserving their collection and also adding to it with more purchases. They are also always on the lookout for any piece of Western Suburbs related memorabilia so if you think you may have something the Archives would be interested in, please do not hestiate in contacting them.

For all details of the open day or if you feel you have something the Archives may be interested in, please contact Craig on 0405041467.
